Jeff Zehr

Jeff Zehr was drafted 13th overall to the Windsor Spitfires in the 1994 Ontario Hockey League Draft. Jeff played 207 OHL games recording 82 goals and 210 points while playing for the Windsor Spitfires, the Erie Otters and the Sarnia Sting. In the 1997 NHL Draft, Jeff was selected 31st overall by Mike Milbury and the New York Islanders. Jeff made his NHL debut in 1999 for Pat Burns and the Boston Bruins, playing in 4 games with Ray Bourque, Joe Thorton and Dave Andreychuk. In a professional career that spanned 10 years, Jeff played 658 games in the American Hockey League, the National Hockey League, the East Coast Hockey League, the United Hockey League and the International Hockey League. Jeff was coached and developed by Mark Hunter, Paul Gillis, Peter Laviolette, Pat Burns, Jacques Laperrier and Ken Baumgartner.

 

In 2015 Jeff started 54 Hockey INC, a company that provides hockey-advising services across the globe and works with professional hockey players, organizations, junior clubs, and college programs to develop and educate. Jeff ‘s vision for 54 Hockey INC is to be recognized as a worldwide leader in the development and advancement of hockey players at all ages and countries. Jeff is also the General Manager and Head Coach for the London Lakers Jr A Hockey Team, of the Greater Metro Hockey League.
